About the Opportunity

Since 2024, Gambaro Hospitality Group has established a premier presence in Coolangatta with our successful Restaurant and Café operations. As we continue to grow, we are thrilled to announce the next phase of our coastal expansion: a bespoke Deli & Pantry opening this March .

The Role

We are seeking a high‑caliber Executive Chef to take the reins of our Coolangatta precinct. This role will oversee our established kitchens while leading the culinary launch of our new Deli/Pantry concept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi‑Venue Leadership: Oversee daily kitchen operations for the existing Restaurant and Café, plus the launch of the Deli/Pantry.
