About the Role


Preferred Candidates: Experienced Executive Chef with expertise in nutritionally balanced meals, strong specialization in all the cuisines and exposure to multi cuisines. Candidates from reputed hospitality brands such as ITC, Taj, Marriott, or other 5 or 7 Star Hotels & Luxury Resorts will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities


  • Lead culinary operations with high quality and consistency
  • Develop nutritionally balanced and innovative menus
  • Maintain excellence in multi cuisines like South Indian, Latin American and Japanese while incorporating global influences
  • Ensure top standards of food safety, presentation, and guest satisfaction


Qualifications


Education details - Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
