Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Lead a team of cooks and other culinary staff.
• Create new dishes and menus.
• Manage food preparation as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, menu planning, cost control and budgeting.
• Creative, passionate about food, and with excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and motivate team members.
