Job Description

The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for the gallery café, ensuring high-quality food offerings that align with the gallery’s brand, artistic identity, and guest experience. This role oversees menu development, kitchen operations, food safety compliance, cost control, and team management, while delivering consistent, creative, and efficient food service.

Key Responsibilities:

Head Chef

  • Together with a lean team, prepare food and dining experiences for Silverlens Den and Gallery events.

Menu Development

  • Design and update menus based on seasonality, customer preferences, and cost control.

  • Design catering packages and costing.

  • Innovate new dishes while maintaining consistency and quality.

Kitchen Management

  • Supervise all kitchen staff and prep workers.
