We are seeking a visionary and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at the Novotel Newcastle Beach. In this full-time hands on role, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, in the 50 seat restaurant with bar & 4 conference & events spaces. 

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management
  • Leading culinary innovation and delivering consistently exceptional food
  • Mentor and inspire your kitchen team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Manage kitchen financials, including food cost control, labor planning, and budget management
