Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef for a high-end restaurant in Sharjah. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating and executing menus, overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, and managing staff. The successful candidate should have a passion for culinary excellence, strong people management skills, and the ability to drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity with a salary of 1600 AED per month.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef or higher level.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent cooking skills with knowledge of modern cuisine and food trends.
• Experience managing a team, including hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and appraising performance.
