Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve Japanese and fast food items according to recipes and standards

  • Assist in kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, and plating

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas

  • Take customer orders accurately and handle payments when required

  • Ensure food safety and quality control at all times

  • Support team members during busy hours

  • Follow restaurant policies and health & safety guidelines

  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers


Skills & Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Japanese food and fast food (sushi, ramen, rice bowls, fried items, etc.)

  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an advantage

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
