General Responsibilities (Core Accountability)
Ensure claimable expenses are billed accurately and within contractual or agreed timelines, supported by clear documentation and audit trails.
Perform regular client account reconciliations, identifying variances, unbilled items, and potential ageing risks early.
Monitor claims ageing, non-payment trends, and irregularities, and proactively follow up with clients, Business Units, and internal teams to drive resolution.
