Your Impact
Lead executive compensation and reward consulting projects, including the design of executive incentive programs and compensation concepts at national and global level, with related income tax assessments Advise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports and ensure compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulations Perform compensation benchmarks and market analyses to inform reward design and governance.
