Advise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports and ensure compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulations

Perform compensation benchmarks and market analyses to inform reward design and governance.

Create and quality‑review client offers, presentations, policies/regulations, Excel simulations, and memos.
