Job Summary — The Executive Coordinator provides virtual support to the Global Sustainability and Impact Team and reports to the Executive Assistance and Travel Management Lead for Manulife Business Processing Services (MBPS). The role includes light project management, calendar management, event planning, travel arrangements, and support for administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with an interest in sustainability and strong reporting skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to three leaders within the Global Sustainability and Impact Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements and handling expense reimbursements.
