Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company specializing in premium loose diamonds for B2B clients across the USA. As we continue to grow, we are building our own jewelry brand from New York. Our manufacturing factories are located in Surat, and we have supporting creative and operational teams in Mumbai (Andheri West) and Delhi.


We are seeking an Executive Creative Director to collaborate with and support our Creative Director in shaping the visual identity, storytelling, and creative output of our upcoming jewelry brand. This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and the ability to convert ideas into powerful visuals.


The ideal candidate should be creatively sharp, organized, trend-aware, and comfortable working across multiple creative verticals — design, video, content, styling, and production.



  • Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Creative Director to develop concepts, campaigns, and visual directions
  • Oversee daily creative tasks and guide the design, video, and content teams
  • Convert creative briefs into actionable concepts, moodboards, and visual references
  • Maintain consistency in brand identity across all media — social, web, and video
  • Review and provide feedback on design, edits, and content before final delivery
  • Collaborate with stylists, cinematographers, editors, and marketing teams
  • Assist in planning and executing shoots, lookbooks, and brand campaigns
  • Stay updated with global luxury, fashion, and jewelry trends
  • Ensure timely execution of creative deliverables



  • Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in creative direction, design, branding, or a similar field
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern luxury & visual storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with design, content, or video workflows
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite), moodboarding, and creative planning
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and guide creative teams
  • Prior experience in fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a strong plus
