Role Overview
You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM and SNS (Social) initiatives for the SEA market. You will report to a SEA team lead and work closely with the marketing and tech support team to help drive traffic and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM channels including app push, EDM, and other lifecycle communication touchpoints.
- Plan, execute, and optimize CRM and social activities tailored to SEA & EN market needs.
- Draft and localize clear, engaging copy for app push, EDM, and social content.
- Segment users by behavior, interest, and lifecycle stage to enable targeted CRM messaging.
- Coordinate with the campaign team to push for relevant topics.
- Coordinate with the design team or use basic design tools (e.g., Canva) to produce visuals for CRM and social posts.
