This is a challenging position for an experienced chef who can handle high-pressure kitchen situations with poise and professionalism.


Job Description:


  • Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking. Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Take ownership of menu offerings to ensure they are consistent in taste and quality throughout every service period.


  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience working as a Chef de Partie in a full-service restaurant or similar establishment;
  • An equivalent hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized institution would be highly valued;
