Executive Culinary Specialist

A leading hotel group in Dubai is seeking a skilled culinary professional to oversee kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong passion for culinary arts.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in the hospitality industry with at least 3-5 years' tenure. 
• Culinary degree from an accredited institution (not essential).

Responsibilities

This position involves supervising staff, conducting training sessions on kitchen procedures, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to health codes, ensuring timeliness of menu preparation for clients and performing other related duties assigned by management.
