- Respond to inquiries and provide timely information on products, services, and customer orders.
- Process and manage orders ensuring accurate entry and timely fulfillment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Offer expert product recommendations to assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, resulting in increased satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat platforms
- Able to work accurately under pressure while managing multiple tasks at one time
- Familiarity with software systems for managing orders is preferred but not required
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer interactions as well as maintain positive working relationships within your team
