This role exists to handle policy servicing transactions and deliver quality customer service. The key result indicators are:

Key Result Indicators

  • Provide excellent customer service to policy owner, business partner and public through various means including but not limited to letter, email, audio/video call, in-person meeting, etc.
  • Process policy servicing transactions independently with zero error and within target turnaround time.
  • Report and elevate any daily operations issues and propose feasible solutions for management review.
  • Manage the file retention and destruction process.
