We are seeking an exceptional Executive, Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at ELK-DESA CAPITAL SDN BHD. What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly credit portfolio and collection performance reports
• Monitor outstanding balances, delinquency trends, impairment movements, and recovery ratios
• Track individual and team performance against approved collection and recovery KPIs
• Support account segmentation, prioritization, and recovery strategy planning based on portfolio analysis
