ARC Foundation respectfully acknowledges that its offices are located on traditional, ancestral, unceded homelands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. These peoples have lived in and cared for the lands, waters and skies here since time immemorial. ARC Foundation promotes Awareness, Respect, and Capacity for students of all sexual orientations and gender identities (SOGI) within the K-12 education system. ARC Foundation originated from a desire to address and reduce 2SLGBTQ+ discrimination in schools by collaborating with educators, government, and community partners to implement inclusive practices.
