The Department for Housing and Urban Development (DHUD) plays a central role in delivering homes and housing options for South Australians. In response to the national housing crisis, DHUD is accelerating the delivery of a diverse range of housing solutions, coordinating housing, housing infrastructure, urban development and planning portfolios to support safe, affordable and well-planned communities across the State.

A pivotal opportunity now exists for an Executive Director, Housing Development to join DHUD’s executive leadership team at a critical time for South Australia’s housing system. This senior role is central to strengthening collaboration between government and industry to unlock housing supply and support project viability.
