• Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time by superior.

Qualifications

• Can speak and write in English and Korean language.
• Must have experience in managing teams, especially in diverse or remote settings.
• More than 10 years in same or related field, in a management capacity preferably with experience in semiconductor industry.
