  • Policy and Procedure Development: Propose systems and procedures that contribute to improving and developing the performance of the subordinate departments. Submit periodic reports on these proposals to the Director General.
  • Legislation and Regulatory Proposals: Propose draft laws, decrees, regulations, and decisions related to the organizational units. Present them to the Director General for the necessary action.
