Executive Director

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the School Head, the Executive Director is responsible for managing and ensuring day-

to-day school operations of SEELL are smoothly administered. This role is also responsible in

overseeing the implementation of business strategies and priorities by providing direction, coaching

and guidance to teams within the school.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborates with the School Head in

determining, driving, and pursuing strategic

partnerships, major business growth and

expansion initiatives with industry associations,

external providers, partners and educational

institutions in and outside the Philippines.

2. Ensures the achievement of school revenue

targets by overseeing the different revenue

generating programs, and by ensuring

strategies are well-executed.
