Responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and confidential document handling.
  • Manage daily calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare, draft, and review official letters, reports, and presentations in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Organize departmental filing systems, records, and documentation for compliance and easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Support departmental administration including budget monitoring, procurement requests, and resource coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
