Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Board functions, including meetings, documentation, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead day‑to‑day Secretariat operations and internal coordination
  • Manage staff performance, development, and work plans
  • Oversee planning and execution of major events (Annual Convention, Heart Month, etc.)
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and government agencies
  • Assist the Board in international/regional meetings and handle official correspondence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in a related field an advantage
  • 5–10 years’ leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sector
  • Strong skills in operations, team management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed
