Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support Board functions, including meetings, documentation, and strategic initiatives
- Lead day‑to‑day Secretariat operations and internal coordination
- Manage staff performance, development, and work plans
- Oversee planning and execution of major events (Annual Convention, Heart Month, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and government agencies
- Assist the Board in international/regional meetings and handle official correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in a related field an advantage
- 5–10 years’ leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sector
- Strong skills in operations, team management, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed
