**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Executive Director/Program Manager** to join our team in **Ashburn, VA** .
You are responsible for providing disciplined leadership and structural organization to rapidly implement critical, high-impact security solutions that directly protect the Nation's digital borders while ensuring continuous, compliant contract delivery for 24x7x365 network, cyber, and cloud services.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Serve as the key leader and program representative, engaging with senior customer officials on all aspects of program performance.
+ Sets the program strategy in partnership with the customer.
+ Manages, directs, and allocates resources to ensure on-time delivery of top-quality services and meet or exceed contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
