Job Description

The Executive Executive Director - Shared Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership and integrated oversight of HR & Admin and Information Technology functions. The role ensures operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, digital enablement, governance, and compliance across the organization, supporting the achievement of strategic and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic & Executive Leadership

  • Lead Operations comprising HR & Admin and Information Technology functions
  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with corporate vision and board directives
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on organizational capability, governance, and digital transformation
