Job Description
- Shall be responsible for shift operations and maintenance of the plant and utility machinery.
- Should have hands on experience in operation and maintenance of Injectable Filling and packing Equipment like PFS Filling, Vial Filling, Cartridge filling, PFS labeling, Plunger rod insertion, Blister packing, Cartonator, Tracka nd Trace, Autoclave, Cold room etc.
- Should have basic understandings of electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting. Should have knowledge about Energy Management / Conservation.
- Should have exposure to regulatory audits and compliance.
- Preparation & revision of SOPs and QMS documentation. Maintaining equipment logbooks, PM planner & records. Responsible for Utility related QMS, audit observations and compliance.
- Training of contract employees/ operators, assigning shift activities and ensure to get completed.
- Should have handled gas banking system like O2, CO2, N2 & Argon. Safety regulations should be known.
