- Maintenance Experience in Continuous Annealing, Continuous Galvanizing, Tandem Mill
- Industrial Hydraulics & Troubleshooting
- SOP, HIRA & Risk Management
- MTTR & MTBF
- Spare Management
- Maintenance Practices
- Basic Knowledge in SAP as an end user
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Taking corrective and preventive action
- Assignment of jobs to team as per skill
- Identifying root cause of failure of equipment
