A Day in the Life:

  • Prepare tender cost estimates and tender documentation
  • Conduct site measurement when required
  • Take-off quantities
  • Manage procurement process and cost control
  • Prepare variation order claims and progress claims
  • Assist to finalise project accounts
  • What We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Quantity Survey, Contracts Management or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out
  • Prior experience in Interior Design/Renovation industries is an added advantage
  • Independent team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
