Executive, Events (Dietitian / Pharmacy Assistant Preferred)

The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and wellness programs.

The role involves liaising with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations, managing logistics and budgets, and supporting administrative tasks related to agreements and payments. This position requires strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills to ensure successful event delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

A. Event Planning & Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, health and wellness programs, and engagement activities for existing and potential corporate clients.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the event planning process to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project objectives.
