Job Summary (List Format): Executive Facilities Management
- Provide efficient administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily office functioning.
- Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain and update administrative records files databases and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters and courier packages.
- Support onboarding activities for new joiners by preparing workstations arranging system access and ensuring all documentation/tools are ready.
- Assist in organizing company events workshops and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and administrative standards.
- Liaise with internal departments (HR IT Finance) and external service providers to support office operations.
