Job Summary (List Format): Executive Facilities Management

  • Provide efficient administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily office functioning.
  • Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Maintain and update administrative records files databases and documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters and courier packages.
  • Support onboarding activities for new joiners by preparing workstations arranging system access and ensuring all documentation/tools are ready.
  • Assist in organizing company events workshops and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and administrative standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments (HR IT Finance) and external service providers to support office operations.
