Jobs Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to senior faculty, including procurement, claims, travel, and documentation.
- Support meetings and committees through scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain records and support reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on administrative and compliance matters.
- Support faculty recruitment activities, including candidate profiling, interview coordination, campus visits, and claims.
- Coordinate faculty appointment, re-appointment, promotion, tenure, and appraisal processes.
- Compile faculty dossiers and ensure timely submissions in line with policies
