**Job Description Summary**
The Executive FLIGHT DECK Leader – Technology & Engineering will partner with the senior leadership team of the Technology & Engineering organization to advance the implementation of FLIGHT DECK – GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating model – across engineering and design value streams. This role is pivotal in driving a shift in operating mindset and ensuring lean principles are effectively applied to Future of Flight Product Safety, Product Quality, Integrated Design & Build, Systems Engineering, Product Configuration, and Research & Technology. The leader will enable both strategic and operational plans by embedding lean thinking into how we design, validate, and release products and technologies for our customers.
This is a people leader role with approximately 7 to 12 direct reports and indirectly 50.
