With a growing clinic network across Australia and New Zealand, we're expanding and we're looking for a visionary Executive General Manager to lead our trans Tasman operations.

• End-to-end operations across all MoleMap clinics in Australia and New Zealand
• Operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Clinical service quality and a consistently outstanding patient experience
• P&L ownership, commercial performance, and strategic execution
• A high-performing, geographically dispersed operations team

• Senior operational leadership experience (healthcare ideal, but not required)
• Proven success leading multi-site or service-based organisations
