Job Summary
The Executive/ Higher Executive - Account/Program Management is responsible to assist logistics programmes and related customer service activities. He/she is also responsible in ensuring customer requirements are met, assist to manage programme resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors
Analytical and logical, he is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks
- Contribute to recurring revenue streams. Ensure the billing for the activities is well documented and to bill customer promptly.
- Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
- Participate and contribute to the enhancement in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation
