Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Inventory Control : Maintain accurate records of all items received, issued and stored.
  • Receiving Goods : Check Quality and quantity of items received against purchase orders.
  • Oversight of record keeping : Maintain bin cards, Stock registers and inventory reports.
  • Loss Prevention : Control pilferage, damage and theft of items.
  • Stock Reconciliation : Physical count of goods
  • Internal Audit : Methodical and independent review of operations, processes and internal controls.
  • Cost Control : Help reduce food and material cost through efficient stock management.
