Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control : Maintain accurate records of all items received, issued and stored.
- Receiving Goods : Check Quality and quantity of items received against purchase orders.
- Oversight of record keeping : Maintain bin cards, Stock registers and inventory reports.
- Loss Prevention : Control pilferage, damage and theft of items.
- Stock Reconciliation : Physical count of goods
- Internal Audit : Methodical and independent review of operations, processes and internal controls.
- Cost Control : Help reduce food and material cost through efficient stock management.
