Talent Acquisition, Training & Workforce Planning
Partner with department heads to understand current and future manpower needs .
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for business-critical roles.
Prepare manpower planning forecasts and headcount reports , including budget implications.
Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant with Malaysian labor laws , and aligned with company policies.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance skills, competencies, and leadership capability.
Partner with business heads to identify skill gaps and plan interventions (internal/external training, workshops, mentoring).
Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
