Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct New Hire Induction and explain the benefits and terms and conditions.
  • Complete Confirmation, Extension Contract, Employee Movement, Transfer, Resignation, and Redundancy end-to-end process.
  • Issuance and deactivation of the company access card for employee movement.
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Update the Medical Registration template for new hires’ insurance coverage based on the terms stipulated in the employment contract.
  • Leave Management handling inclusive of the monthly leave reconciliation and document maintenance.
  • Income Tax document handling for expatriate employees.
  • Statutory handling for EPF, Sosco, EIS, and Income Tax.
  • Assist and participate in ad hoc / special projects as assigned from time to time due to business requirements.
