Senior HR Relations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization. As a Senior HR Relations Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership.


This is a hybrid position that balances high-level human resources with technical labor relations expertise.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement human capital strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs

  • Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives

  • Analyze workforce trends through surveys and turnover data

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in remote HR & Labor Relations (minimum 2 years) along with knowledge of Spanish Labor Laws. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
