and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule.
  • Attending breakdown maintenance as per the work order received and log related activities in SAP/HANA PM Module for packaging machines and formulation equipment.
  • Maintaining tools/tackles properly.
  • Assisting the superior in implementing modifications / small projects.
  • Upkeep of the area and machines as per cGMP and EHS requirements.
  • Compliance to management systems like training, equipment efficiency improvements, Timely Documentation, SOP’s, and maintenance records.
  • Supervising and ensuring the execution of job work assigned to contractors as per the Company’s requirements.
  • Carrying out activities with full compliance to the training given on cGMP and EHS Guidelines.
  • Doing maintenance as per SOPs.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out maintenance.
