JOB PURPOSE

You will be part of the team to provide programme support for transnational couples and early marriage couples preparing for marriage, which include events planning and coordinating workshops that cater to the unique needs of transnational families and young couples

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute 12 couple and family events for young, minor and transnational couples

• Provide admin support for events and workshops

• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities

• Develop informative materials for clients and volunteers

• Engage and coordinate with Corporate sponsor/ partners Coordinate for execution of programme

• Conduct outreach activities to target client group

• Provide feedback and programme updates for supervisor

• Help to maintain budget and track programme spendings
