Executive - Project Management Office

To manage and support all project management office, administrative and accounting operations of the assigned B2B railway project site from Corporate Office, ensuring smooth coordination with the Head Office and compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & PMO Support

Coordinate closely with assigned project site teams to monitor work progress and ensure timely updates of Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) for smooth project execution.

Support Project Managers in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across site activities.

Perform PMO-related tasks through the ERP system, including sub-contractor payment requests, settlements, and workflow approvals.
