Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Executive / Senior Executive – Order to Cash (OTC) professional to manage the end-to-end OTC process . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the OTC lifecycle and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process , including order management, invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer invoices
• Perform regular follow-ups with customers for collections and resolve payment discrepancies
