Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our company. Your job is to find new clients, explain our services, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
- Explain our products/services to customers clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business
- Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM tools
- Report daily/weekly progress to the team lead or manager
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and negotiate
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
