Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our company. Your job is to find new clients, explain our services, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
  • Explain our products/services to customers clearly
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into business
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM tools
  • Report daily/weekly progress to the team lead or manager

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convince and negotiate
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
