  • Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and marketing activities.
  • Make outbound calls to clients to introduce our privacy and compliance solutions and understand their requirements.
  • Explain how our solutions help organizations meet regulatory requirements (DPDP Act).
  • Work closely with the pre-sales team to schedule demos and solution walkthroughs.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline and follow up regularly to move deals toward closure.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for webinars, events, and campaigns to generate demand.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and relevant documents for customers.
  • Understand customer pain points and position the right solution fit.
  • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and support teams.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
