Overview

Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) applications within the organization. The role involves data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing application support to ensure system reliability and alignment with business and clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 application support and maintenance by working closely with system users and vendors to resolve issues in accordance with agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with the helpdesk team, production support, and end users to ensure smooth escalation and timely resolution of application-related issues.
• Assist in gathering application requirements and preparing specifications for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, including interfaces with other applications and databases.
