Job Description

Overview

To work with other IT pillars to ensure stores issues are resolved timely. Responsible to manage support on all IT Applications at stores, e.g. POS Application, Inventory Module, POS Back Office Application etc. Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up-to-date. Hands on to attend and solve user problem when required. Involved in departmental project. As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.
