Hiring for Executive / Senior Executive – Order to Cash (OTC)
Location: Noida
Work Schedule: 5 days working
Shift: 8AM to 5PM (Day shift)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive / Senior Executive – Order to Cash (OTC) professional to manage the end-to-end OTC process . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the OTC lifecycle and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process , including order management, invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer invoices
Perform regular follow-ups with customers for collections and resolve payment discrepancies
Manage unapplied cash and support month-end closing activities
Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders and customers
Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and process controls
