Executive

Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible to Manage day to day datacenter activities including Servers, Networks, storage, backup VMWare, Windows OS
• Plan proactive Health checkup and regular Preventive Maintenance related to Servers, Networks
• Knowledge & Experience of managing Networks, Servers and daily operations of Datacenter
• Responsible to Manage End user for their IT Operations and Server Services
• Independently lead a team of Helpdesk & Server team
• Experience in managing external, internal vendors for up keeping of datacenter services and support
• Self motivator and balance coordinate with peers, subordinates , senior management during Incidents and regular follow up
• Should lead and guide all teams Helpdesk, Server , User regarding policies and process related to IT for their problems
• Categorized inter process gaps follow up till closure
• Conduct performance related reviews with team and manager and provide feedback
• Plan and support tagging of datacenter equipment's, AMCs renewals
• Problem solving and analyzing skills is must
• Able to prepare MIS reports and other data center related reports and present to management with improvement points.

• 100% Uptime of Servers
• 100% uptime of Networks
• 100% Uptime of application servers
• Share and review incidents, problems and capacity management
• Track changes in Datacenter and internally keep a check on ISP performance
• Datacenter IT Asset Management ( Soft and Hard copy) to be maintained , updated and reviewed periodically
• Major call reduction Sev1 & Sev2 and check for RCA to Incident team post review.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly PDCa dnd WBS preparation for activities, projects and review.

What You Bring :

Qualification:- B.E / B.Tech in IT / Computer Engg.

Experience Total:- Min 02 Yrs of IT Experience

Experience in similar job:1 Yrs IT Exp. in any assembly industry.
